Chapter 2. Installing and configuring SwitchServer/2

This chapter provides installation and configuration information for the DEFINITY G3 hardware and software that is used with SwitchServer/2.

Note:

If you plan to install CallPath Server for OS/2, see Chapter 3, Installing and configuring CallPath Server for OS/2. If you plan to install CallPath Server for AIX, see Chapter 4, Installing and configuring CallPath Server for AIX. If you plan to install CallPath Server for Windows NT/Windows 2000, see Chapter 5, Installing and configuring CallPath Server for Windows NT/Windows 2000.

Also included in this chapter are lists of the additional hardware and software that are required for the connection of SwitchServer/2 to the DEFINITY G3. Use these instructions with the installation instructions in Using CallPath SwitchServer/2.
